Come celebrate the return of longer days, the return of the sun and of aliveness within. The Spring Equinox marks a time of equal light & darkness, having the energy of the dawn – we know light is increasing and while we have no current proof of it, we can expect to have more vitality, abundance and connection in the upcoming months. We invite you to join this sound transmission and light language of Sarah to guide you and remind you of this light within us all.

This event will start off with a Gathering Circle with the other attendees to set your intention. Cacao will be served, coming directly from Cusco in Peru. Cacao helps us to open the heart, and connect to our body to better receive the sound bath. It is loaded with antioxidants and healthy nutrients such as magnesium and anandamide which produces a feeling of bliss within your body. Let yourself feel this delicious Cacao run through you and be taken by the deeper presence level it activates within. After this Cacao Ceremony, you will be cocooned to receive the sound bath. The vibrations and sounds of the sacred instruments will be used as a technology for remembering ancient wisdom, reawakening cellular and dormant DNA codes. Come in and soak into these sounds.
Cacao Contraindications – It is recommended not to drink Cacao when pregnant, breast-feeding, or if you have a serious heart condition. It can also interact with some anti-depressants medication. If you cannot eat or drink 100% raw chocolate or would simply prefer another alternative, a Tisane is offered instead.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The cushions, mats and blankets are all provided for. You are welcome to bring sacred objects to charge them under the frequencies of the sound transmission. The doors of the Resonance Temple open 15 minutes before the beginning of the event. You are welcomed to come in, to take your time and relax before the start of the Gathering Circle. Note that we have a beautiful healing cat sharing space with us.
There are many parking spaces easily found on the street of the Resonance Temple. Please do not park in the private parking space which is used by residents only.
