Join us for an intimate evening of community, nourishment, and sound.
This gathering is designed as a full arc—from connection, to journeying, to integration:
Sharing circle — arrive as you are, settle in, and connect in a supportive space
Cacao served — ceremonial cacao brought back from Peru, offered as a gentle heart-opener to support presence and receptivity
Sound Journey — a deeply restorative sound bath experience to help soothe the nervous system and invite release
Closing integration circle — grounding, reflection, and gentle support for bringing your experience into daily life
Comfort is provided: yoga mats, blankets, and cushions/bolsters will be available for you.
Participation is limited to keep the experience cozy and spacious.
