Begin February with deep rest and sacred renewal at our intimate Imbolc Sound & Cacao Ceremony. As the winter softens and the light returns, join us for an evening designed to help you rest, recharge, and awaken into a new season of possibility.
This Imbolc gathering invites us to honour our inner flame, nurture our bodies and spirits, and set intentions for the coming spring. In this sacred space, we'll open with a sharing circle, journey through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and surrender into a restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls. We'll release what no longer serves us, invite new beginnings, and close with silent integration circle to ground our experience.
The Full Moon in Leo invites us to step into our radiance, embrace authentic self-expression, and open our hearts to joy and creativity. This lunation encourages you to release what dims your inner light, celebrate your unique gifts, and reconnect with your playful, courageous spirit. Under this Leo full moon, we gather to honor our individuality, nurture self-confidence, and invite warmth and inspiration as we move toward spring.
Limited to 12 participants, this ceremony offers a rare opportunity to be held in sacred space, embrace vulnerability, and remember that true healing begins with rest.
What is Imbolc?
Imbolc marks the halfway point between winter and spring—a time to celebrate new beginnings, creativity, and hope. Traditionally, Imbolc honours Brigid, the goddess of fire, healing, and inspiration. It’s a beautiful opportunity to reflect, release the old, and welcome the returning light.
What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao. Cacao supports emotional release, deep relaxation, and connection—both to yourself and community. It’s a gentle, nourishing way to invite clarity, healing, and intention. (A herbal tisane can be served as an alternative.)

What to Bring:
Just a water bottle and an eye mask if you have. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are lovingly provided. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and/or pillows if you feel more comfortable doing so.

If canceled more than 24 hours before: transferable to another event or person
If canceled within 24 hours: fee is retained
Spaces are intentionally limited to protect the depth of the container.
Cacao Contraindications:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Heart conditions or taking heart medication
High blood pressure medication
Antidepressants (especially MAOIs and SSRIs)
Severe liver or kidney disease
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Serious mental health conditions You do not need to drink cacao to attend this ceremony. A herbal tisane will be offered as an alternative.
Sound Bath Contraindications:
First trimester of pregnancy
Sound-sensitive epilepsy
Meniere's disease or severe tinnitus
Recent concussion or traumatic brain injury
Metal implants, pacemakers, or sound-sensitive medical devices near the head/ears If you have any of these conditions, please contact us before registering to discuss modifications or alternatives.
Mental health issues, or if you are unable to self regulate

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this sound healing and cacao ceremony involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or adverse reactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
Health Acknowledgment: I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant health conditions and have consulted with my healthcare provider if necessary. I understand that sound healing and cacao ceremonies are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sarah Surrenders, The Resonance Temple, Morpho Bleu, and all associated facilitators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Emergency: I authorize the facilitator to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.
Media Release: I grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during this event to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the facilitator in writing prior to the event.
Refund Policy Acknowledgment: I understand and accept the refund policy as stated: no refunds will be issued; cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are transferable to another person or event; cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the full fee.
Personal Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for my own physical and emotional well-being during this ceremony and will communicate any discomfort or concerns to the facilitator immediately.
No Guarantees: I understand that no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed from this experience.
