In this sacred space, we'll open with a sharing circle, journey through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and surrender into a restorative sound journey with crystal singing bowls. We'll release what no longer serves us, invite new beginnings, and close with silent integration circle to ground our experience.
This ceremony offers a rare opportunity to be held in sacred space, embrace vulnerability, and remember that true healing begins with rest.
What is a Cacao Ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao. Cacao supports emotional release, deep relaxation, and connection—both to yourself and community. It’s a gentle, nourishing way to invite clarity, healing, and intention.

Sound journey with (crystal & Himalayan bowls, gongs, drum, rattles, vocal tones, chimes, bells, celestial frequencies)

What to Bring:
Just a water bottle and an eye mask if you have. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are lovingly provided. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and/or pillows if you feel more comfortable doing so.

If canceled more than 24 hours before: transferable to another event or person
If canceled within 24 hours: fee is retained
Spaces are intentionally limited to protect the depth of the container.
Cacao Contraindications:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Heart conditions or taking heart medication
High blood pressure medication
Antidepressants (especially MAOIs and SSRIs)
Severe liver or kidney disease
Epilepsy or seizure disorders
Serious mental health conditions You do not need to drink cacao to attend this ceremony. A herbal tisane will be offered as an alternative.
Sound Bath Contraindications:
First trimester of pregnancy
Sound-sensitive epilepsy
Meniere's disease or severe tinnitus
Recent concussion or traumatic brain injury
Metal implants, pacemakers, or sound-sensitive medical devices near the head/ears
Mental health issues, or if you are unable to self regulate
